Les meilleures joueuses du circuit se retrouvent à Tokyo, au Japon, afin d'y disputer le tournoi Toray Pan Pacific Open Tennis 2010. A cette occasion, une conférence de presse avait été organisée hier à l'hotel Grand Pacific, juste avant le tirage du tableau qui aura lieu demain.
